Xiaomi Redmi Go with Android Go Edition was first introduced in the Philippines in January 2019 and now, the company is all set to launch its first Android Go Edition smartphone in India. The ndian variant of Redmi Go may come with a few changes in the software but most of the hardware specifications including the processor will remain the same as the Global variant. Xiaomi has already confirmed that the upcoming smartphone will support 20+ Regional languages and also Google Assistant in Hindi.
The Redmi Go global variant comes with a 5-inch HD LCD display with and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor with a 3,000mAh battery. It offers 1GB RAM, 8GB Storage and also includes a dedicated MicroSD slot. It’s a Dual SIM device runs on Google’s light-weight Android Oreo Go Editon and also supports VoLTE.
