Two days after launching vivo Y21, Vivo now launches yet another Y-series smartphone dubbed as Vivo Y33s in India. It’s the same Vivo Y53s with a downgraded rear camera. Apart from the rear primary, almost all other specifications are identical in both devices. It sports a 6.58-inch full HD+ and is powered by MediaTek Helio G80 octa-core with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
In the camera part, the device gets a triple camera module on the rear that includes a primary 50MP camera supported by a 2MP Macro camera, and a 2MP Bokeh camera. According to Vivo, the rear camera features Super Night algorithm with noise reduction technology that combines multiple frames into one single frame to take better shots under low-lighting conditions.
The device also supports Extended RAM 2.0 that makes use of up to 4GB idle ROM space to provide an improved user expernce. Other key features are a 16MP front camera, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, Funtouch OS 11.1, Side fingerprint reader, Multi-Turbo 5.0, Portrait Mode, and Super Night Selfie.
The Vivo Y33s will be available in two colors – Mirror Black & Midday Dream and priced at ₹17,990. It will be available across Vivo India E-store, Amazon.in, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, Bajaj Finserv EMI Store, and across all partner retail stores starting 23rd August 2021. Like most of the Vivo devices, the Y33s will also be manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility.
