Portronics expands its auto accessories lineup with the launch of a Bluetooth car audio streamer and phone charger called Auto One in India. It’s a multi-function car accessory that manages your phone calls, controls your music and also charges your smartphone while you keep your hands on the wheel. According to Portronics, it is compatible with almost all the vehicles available in the market.
It links to your smartphone by Bluetooth and the cigarette lighter port of your car to create a single, all-encompassing audio solution for voice, calls, music, and entertainment. The device also pairs with your car’s music system via FM radio. Portronics Auto comprises a flexible ABS body and includes a built-in digital display that can be adjusted up to 180 degrees. The 1.8-inch coloured display of Auto One shows the audio bar chart in sync with the music and provides information about the music tracks, audio controls, FM channels, and voice callers.

The device has single-touch bass, a treble button, and a big analogue volume dial. Operation is further simplified by separate controls for music tracks and FM channels. You can also tweak your music sound with its inbuilt EQ modes. The Portronics Auto One transforms into hands-free for your voice calls when connected via Bluetooth V5.0 to your smartphone.
It is even compatible with Google Voice Assistant and Alexa and helps you receive real-time traffic and weather updates, or ask the assistant to call or send a message while you’re travelling. Additionally, the Portronics Auto One supports high-speed Quick Charge 3.0 up to 23 watts. You can charge two Android or iOS devices or tablets simultaneously using the two USB ports on the side. Furthermore, it includes an AUX-in port to connect an MP3 player.

The Portronics Auto One is offered only in Black colour and is priced at ₹1,599 (MRP – ₹3,999). It will be available to buy the company’s official website Portronics.com, and Amazon.in, Flipkart.com and other online and offline stores across India from 27th March 2023. The device comes with 12 month warranty.
