After Airtel, and Vi (Vodafone Idea) now Jio announces around a 20% price hike for its prepaid plans in India. The Special ₹75 JioPhone plan now costs ₹91 which is ₹16 higher compared to the old price of ₹75. The ₹75 plan comes with 28 days validity, unlimited voice calling, 3GB 4G data, and 50 SMS per month. The Jio unlimited voice plan now starts at ₹155 compared to the earlier price of ₹129. The plan comes with 28 days validity, unlimited voice calling, 2GB of 4G data, and 300 SMS. Along with the voice plans, Jio has also hiked the prices of data-only vouchers. The ₹51, ₹101, ₹251 and ₹351 data vouchers will now be available for ₹61, ₹121, ₹301 respectively. The new unlimited plans will go live on 1st December 2021 and can be availed from all existing recharge channels including online, offline, and also through jio.com.
