Update: Peral White Launch – Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro were introduced in India on 17th July 2019 in three different color options. Now, the brand has introduced Pearl White color variant of Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India. Both will be available to buy across Mi.com, Flipkart and Mi Home stores starting 4th September 2019 at 12 noon. There are no changes in the pricing.
Earlier – 17th July 2019 – Redmi K20 Series India Launch – Xiaomi finally announces its much-awaited flagships Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro in India. Both devices share the same set of specification except the Processor and Charging Speed. The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro come with a 6.39-inch Notch-less AMOLED display and supports various display features such as Sunlight display 2.0, low-brightness color grayscale optimization, 256-scale eye protection.
The key difference between both devices is the processor. Redmi K20 Pro uses Qualcomm’s flagship Mobile Platform Snapdragon 855 wherein the Redmi K20 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform. Additionally, the Redmi K20 Pro also features a custom 8-layered graphite cooling technology, which dissipates heat and keeps the device cool even under heavy loads. Both devices equipped with AI triple camera setup on the rear that includes a primary 48MP camera with 1/2″ Sony IMX 586 flagship sensor accompanied by the 8MP Telephoto lens and 13MP ultra-wide angle lens.
Coming to the front camera, the Redmi K20 & Redmi K20 Pro both sport a 20MP pop-up front-facing camera with a sapphire glass cover. The Pop-up camera also has a light ring that acts as a notification light for incoming messages and charging status. Redmi K20 Pro supports 27W wired quick charge and charges the device from 0 to 58% in 30 minutes & 0 to 100% in 73 minutes. Redmi K20 supports up to 18W charging.

The Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro come in three colors – Glacier Blue, Flame Red & Carbon Black and available to buy via Mi.com, Mi Home and Flipkart starting 22nd July 2019. It will also be made available via offline retail stores across in India in the coming days.
