Xiaomi announces Redmi 8A Dual, an upgraded version of brands popular entry-level smartphone Redmi 8A. Compared to Redmi 8A, the newly introduced Redmi 8A Dual comes with an improved Camera and Design. The Redmi 8A comes with Dual rear cameras and a new Aura XGrip design compared to Single rear camera and Aura wave grip design on the Redmi 8A. There are two variants – 2GB/32GB and 3GB/32GB.
It comes with the same Gorilla Glass protected 6.22-inch HD+ display with a dewdrop-styled notch and powered by the Snapdragon 439 octa-core Mobile Platform with a massive 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The key highlight of the Redmi 8A is the Dual camera setup on the rear that includes a primary 13MP camera and 2MP depth camera. It gets the same 8MP camera which is present on the Redmi 8A.

The Redmi 8A Dual is offered in three colors – Midnight Grey, Sea Blue & Sky White and will be available to buy via Amazon.in and Mi.com starting 18th February 2020. The 2GB/32GB variant is priced at ₹6,499 and the 3GB/32GB at ₹6,999. It will also be made available in the Mi Home, Mi Stores, Mi Studio and also through Mi Preferred Partners across India in the coming days.
