Sony has launched world’s first 4K HDR smartphone Xperia XZ Premium in India. It features a 5.5″ 4K HDR with a resolution 2160 x 3840 pixels and uses Sony’s BRAVIA TV technology to give you an immersive viewing experience. It is also powered the by Sony’s native technologies TRILUMINOS Display for mobile, X-Reality for mobile and Dynamic Contrast Enhancer. This Dual SIM 4G smartphone supports VoLTE, ViLTE as well as VoWiF. It flaunts a glass loop surface design with by Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both front and rear sides.
Xperia XZ Premium is powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor with integrated Snapdragon X16 LTE modem making it one of the very first smartphones capable of Gigabit-Class LTE up to 1Gbps. Camera optics include a 19MP Motion Eye rear camera with Exmor RS sensor capable of shooting 4K videos and super slow-motion videos at 960fps. The main camera also includes various features such as Predictive Hybrid Autofocus, SteadyShot with 5-axis image stabilization, Manual Controls etc. At the front, it has a 13MP camera with 22mm wide-angle lens for perfect selfies. The 3230mAh battery is powered by the Quick Charge 3.0 and charges from 0 to 60% in 45 minutes. It also comes with the front mounted fingerprint scanner, Dedicated camera shutter button, and runs on Android Nougat out of the box.

Sony Xperia XZ Premium is sold in two colors – Luminous Chrome and Deep Sea Black. It is exclusively available via Amazon India at ₹ 59,990 starting June 12, 2017. You can also pre-order this device from Sony stores and select retails stores across India. There will be a limited period pre-booking offer from 2nd June – 11th June 2017.
