Redmi Note 9 was first introduced globally in April 2020 and now, Xiaomi’s Redmi launches the Note 9 officially in India. It comes with a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display with an in-screen camera. and powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor with a 5,020mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging and also 9W reverse charging. For security, the device also equipped with a fingerprint reader just below the rear camera module.
In the camera part, the Redmi Note 9 comes with a Quad-camera setup on the rear that includes a 48MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a dedicated 2MP depth sensor. For selfie, there is a 13MP camera positioned inside a small display cutout on the top left of the display. It comes in three configurations – 4GB/64GB, 4/128GB and 6GB/128GB.
In India, the Redmi Note 9 comes in three colors – Arctic White, Pebble Grey, and Aqua Green and will go on sale from Amazon.in and Mi.com, Mi Home, and also through offline retail stores starting 24th July 2020. The 4GB/64GB variant priced at ₹11,999 and 4GB/128GB at ₹14,999 and the high-end 6GB/128GB at ₹14,999.
