pTron launches new gamers-focused earbuds called Basspods Flare in India. These earbuds are equipped with 13mm high fidelity drivers specially tuned for gaming, providing rich and crisp audio with a surround sound effect. These are also powered by TruTalk technology for noise-cancellation to offer improved audio pickup while chatting in games and during calls. In addition, the earbuds with proprietary AptSense Technology offer 40ms ultra-low latency for lag-free gaming sound during mobile gaming.

Each earbud weighs about 3.5 grams and includes a multi-function touch sensor, and provides tactile and intuitive control, allowing the user to move seamlessly between gaming and calls. The Basspods Flare boasts a distinctive super-hero gear design with breathing RGB lights for added flair. These earbuds support Bluetooth 5.3, quick-pairing, and SBC & AAC codecs.
The charging case is equipped with a USB Type-C port and also supports quick charging. According to pTron, the earbuds can last up to 35 hours on a single charge with the charging case. These also support quick access to Google Assistant or Siri and IPX4 rating for protection from sweat or splashes.
pTron Basspods Flare comes in three color options – Black, Blue & Yellow. These will be available to purchase on Flipkart for a limited-time launch price of ₹899 as against the regular price of ₹1,299 from 9th Feb 2023. These earbuds come with a 1-year warranty.
