Back in August 2020, OnePlus had introduced OxygenOS 11 Developer Preview based on Android 11 to its community members. Now, OnePlus officially announced the availability of OxygenOS 11 Stable update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro devices. The update has already started rolling out in India and might take a few weeks to reach your device due to the gradual roll out.

OnePlus has also advised users to make sure the battery level is above 30% and minimum 3GB of available storage space before initiating the update. It’s always a good practice to take complete backup of your phone before updating the device to the major OS release.
