A few days back OPPO India has announced that it is donating 1000 oxygenators and 500 breathing machines worth INR 4.3 Crore to help in the fight against Covid in India. Now, OPPO India announces the extension of the repair warranty of all of its products until 30th June 2021 applicable to products whose warranty expires during lockdown period.
As per the directives by Government, all the OPPO service centres will remain closed till the lockdown is applicable in the different parts of the country. User can also connect with OPPO online teams for any further queries or basic troubleshooting and software-related issues via Facebook and Twitter. According to OPPO, the chatbot is available 24×7 for consumers to resolve 94.5% of their queries and OPPO India’s human chat support is available on WhatsApp to support customers round the clock in resolving the queries.
