OnePlus Nord CE 5G with AMOLED Display, 64MP Triple Camera, Warp Charge 30T Plus Launched at ₹22,999

OnePlus launches OnePlus Nord CE 5G, the brand’s second phone in the Nord series in India. It’s a mid-range 5G smartphone that sports a 6.43-inch full HD+ AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and also has a screen refresh rate of 90Hz. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750 5G chipset with an upgraded 4,500mAh battery with an improved Warp Charge 30T Plus. According to OnePlus the battery goes from 0 to 70% in just half an hour.

OnePlus has a made some significant changes in the Nord CE 5G’s camera. The device gets a triple camera setup on the rear compared to the quad-camera setup on the OnePlus Nord. The setup includes an upgraded 64MP primary camera supported by an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. Similarly, the device gets a 16MP punch-hole camera on the front compared to Dual front cameras on the OnePlus Nord.

For security, you’ll get an in-display fingerprint reader alongside enhanced face unlock. The device is offered in three configurations – 6/128GB, 8/128GB, and 12/256GB. Another major change is the absence of Alert Slider but the device comes with a 3.5mm audio jack. Just like OnePlus Nord, the Nord CE also comes with a pre-applied screen protector along with a protective case. OnePlus has also confirmed that Nord CE will receive two years of software updates and three years of security updates.
