Just after announcing the 5G Snowbot Battle and Product Ninja Program, OnePlus announces a first of its kind Doorstep repair service to deliver a premium after-sales service experience for its users. With this initiative, OnePlus becomes the first smartphone brand globally to offer on-site doorstep repair services directly. After running a successful pilot phase in the past six months, OnePlus is now introducing its doorstep repair service across Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune.
OnePlus has also said that it is planning to expand this initiative across all tier-1 cities and several tier-2 cities in the coming days. As of today, OnePlus has about 70 service centers, including exclusive and partnered outlets, across 40+ cities & towns and aims to expand its customer service network to the top 100 cities, including tier-2 cities and beyond, by the end of the year 2020.
How to Apply for OnePlus Doorstep Repair Service?
Customers can apply for this service using the OnePlus Care App available on Google PlayStore and set a convenient time slot for the engineer to visit and service their device. Apart from the doorstep service, users can also opt for free product pick-up and drop-off service to resolve any issues related to their OnePlus product. This service is available in over 8000 pin codes, covering 80% of India.
