Motorola launches motorola razr 5G, the successor and refined variant of moto razr which was introduced in November 2019. Compared to the predecessor, the razr 5G comes with improved durability, improved design, water repellent coating, and also improved camera. Check out all the details below.
The razr 5G comes with the same 6.2-inch internal foldable display and a 2.7-inch external display. The device is made up of 3D glass with 7000 series aluminum and also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. According to Motorola, the razr is designed to withstand up to 2,00,000 flips and comes with a protective coating to protect the device against scratches and a water repellent barrier on the inside of the device to safeguard against spills, splashes, and rain.
In the camera part, the device gets an upgraded 48MP camera with Quad Pixel tech and supports Optical image stabilization (OIS). Just like the predecessor, it also supports laser autofocus technology for a quicker focus. On the front, the device has a 20MP camera that supports various mode such as Group Selfie, Portrait Mode, Spot Color etc. The Motorola razr 5g is powered by Snapdragon 765G Mobile Platform with 8GB of RAM and supports 5G bands across 25 markets.
The razr 5G runs on Google’s Android 10 with Motorola’s custom skin My UX that supports custom themes, custom fonts, colors, and icon etc. Motorola has also promised 2 assured OS upgrades and 3-years of security upgrades. Other key features are rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Updated hinge for an easy one-handed experience, Updated gesture navigation, and NFC for wireless payments.
The Motorola razr 5G will be available in Polished Graphite colour and priced at ₹1,24,999. Pre-booking starts on 5th October and sales start 12th October at all leading retail stores and online on Flipkart.
