1. What is Jio Prime Membership?
Jio Prime is a new subscription plan from Jio, where you can extend the Jio Happy New Year offer until March 2018 by paying the one-time membership fee of ₹ 99 and recharge of ₹ 303 per month. Plan details are same as Jio Happy New Year offer. You will also get the complimentary benefit of Jio’s premium content bouquet worth Rs 10,000 for an entire year. Apart from ₹ 303, you can also select different tariffs as per your convenience.

4. What is the difference between Jio Prime (₹ 303) and Jio Happy New Year offer?
There is no change in the offer or tariff details. Jio happy new year offer is free till March 31st, 2017. If you want to continue, I will have to pay ₹ 303 per month and ₹ 99 per year as the membership fee. Note: No Unlimited 4G data from 2 AM to 5 AM after 31st March 2017.
5. Does Jio Prime membership applicable to everyone?
This offer is applicable for existing subscribers and also to anyone who joins the Jio network before March 31. After March 31 you will not be able to subscribe to Jio Prime.
6. I don’t want to enroll for Jio Prime. Are there any alternatives?
You can choose from a variety of Jio standard tariff plans from the website or MyJio app. Select among 6 Prepaid plans starts from ₹ 19. Check out all the tariff plan details here.
7. When will Jio Prime membership start?
Jio Prime membership will be available from 1st March 2017 till 31st March 2017.
8. How to Enroll for Jio Prime?
Recharge with ₹ 99 to enroll for Jio Prime membership before 31st March 2017 from MyJio app, JioMoney, Jio.com or nearest retailer.
9. Can I enroll for Jio Prime Membership after 31st March 2017?
No, You cannot enroll for Jio Prime membership after 31st March.
10. What if I do not recharge my number monthly?
After March 31st, 2017, you will receive only incoming calls and SMS for certain period. If you do not do any recharges in 90 days, your number might get disconnected.
11. What Is the offer for new Jio subscribers?
All customers who join Jio before 3rd March 2017, can enjoy Happy New Year offer till March 2017 without any extra cost. Those who join Jio after 4th March 2017 need to subscribe Jio Prime by paying ₹ 99 to enjoy Jio Happy New Year offer till March 2017 and after that they can choose any Prime tariffs. Those who join after 31st March can only subscribe to standard (Non-prime) tariff plans.
12. I am a Jio Prime subscriber. What are the other recharge options apart from ₹ 303?
Tariff plans start from ₹ 19 till ₹ 9,999. You can select the Plan based on your preference. Refer FAQ 2.
13. What will happen to my existing free benefits if I recharge before 31st March 2017?
The recharge you have done will become active on 1st April 2017. So till 31st March your number will be subscribed under Jio Happy New Year offer.
14. I am a Jio Postpaid customer. How to enroll for Jio Prime?
Enroll procedure is same for both Prepaid and Postpaid customers. Even if you are a postpaid customer, you need to recharge your number with ₹ 99.

JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioMags, JioXpressNews, JioDrive (Cloud) and MyJio app
16. What are the plans available for JioFi?
There are no special tariffs for JioFi. Recharge options are same for both Jio Prepaid/postpaid as well as JioFi.
17. Will I get Prime benefits if I recharge my number multiple times in a month?
You can recharge your number any number of times in a month during the Jio Prime subscription period. The benefits of Jio Prime will be available with every recharge.
18. What is the Data FUP of ₹ 303 pack?
It is same as Jio Happy New Year offer i.e. 1 GB. Till 1GB you will get high-speed 4G Data. Post 1GB, unlimited data at the speed of 128kbps.
19. If I want to use the data at higher speed after the FUP, what are the recharge options available?
You can recharge your number with different Addon packs. There are 5 add-on vouchers for prepaid and 4 for postpaid subscribers. Ex: Recharge with ₹51 to get 1GB data till the validity of your plan. Note: ₹11 add-on voucher is only for Jio Prepaid.
20. Will unlimited night data be available to Jio Prime members?
No. You will not get the unlimited night data. You can use unlimited night data (2 AM to 5 AM) till March 31st, 2017 only.
21. Will my membership end if stop recharging after few months?
Jio Prime customers need to recharge with a minimum of ₹ 149 per month. Else company has rights to deactivate the Jio Prime subscription.
22. Is there a FUP for voice?
No. Customers can make free Local, STD, Roaming calls to any operator, anywhere in India.
23. I have 2 Jio SIMs, do I need to buy 2 Jio Prime Memberships?
Yes. For every Jio SIM, you need to purchase Jio Prime Membership
24. How to subscribe to Jio Prime using MyJio app?
Open “MyJio” app and swipe right to access the Menu. Select “Jio Prime” and Tap on “Get Jio Prime” at the bottom. Now select the “Jio Prime Membership Plan” by tapping the right corner where the price”₹ 99″ is mentioned. Complete the payment using Debit/Credit Card, Wallet/Cash, Internet Banking or Jio Money.
25. How to check if I am subscribed to Jio Prime or Not?
Once the recharge is done, open the MyJio app and sign-in. In the home page, a yellow strip with “Prime Member” will appear. Alternatively, Goto -> Menu -> My Plans and tap on “Prime Membership” Tab. There you can find status as “Active” and the validity of Prime Membership. (Note: Check FAQ 7 in this article to know whether you’re subscribed to Jio Summer Surprise offer or not)
26. What is Jio Buy one Get One offer?
Jio Prime customers get a Benefit of a free add-on when they recharge Before 31st March 2017 with Rs.149 or above. (₹ 149 – 1GB, ₹ 303 – 5GB and ₹ 499 – 10GB ). If you recharge your number multiple times you will get extra Data benefit multiple times. (Ex: If you recharge your number with ₹ 303 three times before March 31st, You will get 28GB + 5GB Data every month until June 2018. Conditions: You will not get extra Data benefits if you recharge after 31st March 2017. This offer is applicable only for Prepaid customers. Extra data validity will be same as your plan validity and you can do maximum12 recharges as the Jio Prime offer ends on 31 March 2018. The additional 1 GB or 5 GB or 10 GB High-speed data is not a daily entitlement, it is a total benefit for the entire validity period.
27. How to recharge my number from the MyJio app using PayTM?
Follow FAQ 25 and proceed till the payment options. In the Payment options select “Wallet/Cash Cards and tap on “PayTM”. Enter your mobile number which is linked to PayTM account and select “Request OTP”. Once you enter the OTP your recharge will be processed instantly. Refer FAQ 26 to check the status of your Jio Prime Membership.
28. I have recharged my Jio number using JioMoney but I have not received the cashback yet.
Your cashback will be reflected in the “Offers & Loyalty” section of your JioMoney app within 2 working days from the date of successful recharge.

Hi, As per Jio customer care executive, You will get an option to disable Auto-Recharge in the recharge history. Open MyJio App -> Menu -> Recharge History -> Select the recharge and disable Auto-Recharge.
