A few weeks after announcing its flagship Mate 20 Pro, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has announced its mid-ranger Huawei Y9 (2019) in India. It packs a 6.5-inch FullHD+ Notched display with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and powered by the in-house Kirin 710 Processor with a 4,000mAh battery. Huawei Y9 supports Dual SIM and also equipped with a dedicated MicroSD slot that allows you to extend the storage up to 400GB.
In the camera department, Y9 has an AI-powered 16MP+2MP rear dual camera setup which is has been supported by various AI techniques for better photography, especially in the low-lighting conditions. For selfies, you’ll get 13MP+2MP dual camera setup which is placed inside the notch and also supports enhanced Portrait mode. On the software part, it boots on Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2 on top and will receive the latest EMUI 9.0 in the coming days.
