Back in May 2017, Jio had announced Jio Prime Membership and it was supposed to end on 31st March 2018. Now, Jio has announced a free 1-year extension to all Jio Prime members who have subscribed to the exclusive membership benefits till 31st March 2018. New customers can opt for Jio membership for one year by paying ₹99. All Jio Prime members will get complimentary access to Jio’s premium apps such as JioTV, JioCinema, JioMusic, JioMags, JioXpressNews, JioDrive, MyJio app etc. As per Jio, its a limited period offer so opt for the same as soon as possible. If you are not a JioPrime subscriber, you will have to pay ₹99 to get Jio Prime membership.
How to Claim Free Jio Prime Membership?
- Download MyJio app. Android | iOS
- On the Red Banner, Select ‘Get Now’
- In the next step, your Jio number will be displayed. Tap on ‘Proceed’
- Select ‘Done’ to complete the process
How to check if I am subscribed to Jio Prime or Not?
Once you are done with the above-mentioned process, Open the MyJio app and sign-in. Go to -> Menu -> My Plans. At the bottom just below the current plan, You’ll find a message saying. “Your request to avail free JioPrime membership for a year has been registered successfully. You can now enjoy JioPrime benefits for another year. Thank you!”
