Amazon expands its Echo Show family with the launch of Echo Show 5 in India. It has a 5.5-inch display, 1.65-inch built-in speaker for rich sound, HD camera for video calls, and also a built-in camera shutter. One of the key highlights of Echo Show 5 is hands-free video calling. You can easily make video calls to smartphones with Alexa app, Skype or other Echo devices with a screen. Additionally, you can instantly connect to Echo Show 5 through the Alexa app just like an intercom.
Echo Show 5 also features a new smart home dashboard that gives you more control over compatible smart home devices and groups. Simply say, ‘Alexa, turn on the lights’, and use the on-screen controls to adjust the light’s color or brightness. You can also view your smart home camera feed, access recently used devices, and manage smart devices by room.

Furthermore, customers will also be able to delete their last request by saying “Alexa, delete what I just said.”

The Amazon Echo Show 5 is sold in two colors – Black and White and priced at ₹8,999. It will be available for pre-order Amazon.in starting 29th May 2019 and shipping begins in July 2019.
