Update: 15th June 2021: vivo announced the launch of vivo Y1s 3GB storage variant in India. It is priced at ₹9,490 and will be available for purchase in two color options— Aurora Blue and Olive Black. You can buy this variant on vivo India E-store, Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm, Tatacliq, Bajaj EMI Store and also through vivo partner retail stores across India starting 15th June 2021.
Earlier: 25th November 2020 – Vivo launches Vivo Y1s in partnership with Reliance Jio in India. It’s an entry-level smartphone sports a 6.22-inch HD+ Halo full-view display with a V-shaped notch and powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 octa-core chipset with a 4,030mAh battery that supports reverse charging. It offers 2GB RAM, 32GB storage and also supports MicroSD up to 256GB.
In the camera part, the device gets a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP camera on the front that supports Ai beautification. Other key features are Face Unlock, 88.6% screen-to-body ratio, Dynamic screen animations and system-wide dark mode.
The Vivo Y1s comes in two colors – Blue & Black and will be available to buy via select offline retail stores across India at ₹7,990. Those who purchase Vivo Y1s locked to Jio network will get additional benefits. Find the benefits below.
