It sports a 6.44-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a U-shaped notch and powered by Snapdragon 720G Mobile Platform with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. It offers 8GB RAM, 128GB or 256GB internal storage, and runs on FuntouchOS 11 based on Android 11. There is also a dedicated MicroSD slot that supports up to 256GB.
One of the most highlighting part of vivo V20 is its camera, on the rear the device gets a triple camera module with 64MP primary camera, 8MP Ultra-wide camera and 2MP macro camera.
