Vi (Vodafone Idea) today launched a new gaming service called Vi Games to offer premium gaming services to its users in association with Nazara Technologies. Under this partnership, Vi users can play more than 1200 Android & HTML5 based mobile games across ten genres, right from the Vi app. The popular genres include Action, Adventure, Arcade, Casual, Education, Fun, Puzzle, Racing, Sports, and Strategy.
The Vi Games proposition will initially have casual gaming content and gradually be developed to host social gaming, cloud gaming, eSport, and even Game streaming in the future. Vi Games has gaming content into three categories – Platinum Games, Gold Games, and Free Games, on the Vi App.
Gold Games – Vi users can access these games through a Gold Pass offering 30 games for just ₹50 for postpaid and ₹56 for prepaid, with a validity of 30 days. Postpaid users with ₹499 and above plans will be offered five free gold games every month.
Platinum Games – It will be available on pay per download basis through a Platinum Pass priced at ₹25 for postpaid and ₹26 for prepaid.
Free Games – More than 250+ free games on the Vi Games platform are accessible to all Vi customers, and most of the games are ad-supported.
