Denmark-based Skagen launches its newest smartwatch Falster 3 in India. Along with the smartwatch, Skagen has also announced its partnership with premium audio accessories and lifestyle brand X by KYGO. The Falster 3 Smartwatch comes with an interactive swim-proof touchscreen display and powered by Wear OS by Google. According to Skagen, the Falster has a battery-efficient dial design that provides up to 24 hours of use on a single charge.
Coming to the user interface, Falster 3 supports Tiles feature that provides a quick way to view information at a glance and perform actions. With a swipe left, Tiles adds easy access to quick actions and information that previously were hidden in the app menu. It will also allow you to check your progress towards your fitness goals, start a workout, know where you need to be next, plan ahead with the latest forecast, check your heart rate and even quickly set a timer. Furthermore, it comes with 8GB of internal storage and allows you to download apps & media from the Google Play Store. Falster 3 will also come with a series of auto-installed apps such as Spotify and the safety app Noonlight.
One of the key highlight of Falster 3 is Cardiogram. When your heartbeats over 102,000 times per day and tells you what that data means. Cardiogram visualizes heart rate data into interactive charts that can be tagged with activities from your day, helping you identify what could contribute to spikes and dips in your heart rate. Users can also track how health metrics compared to millions of other Cardiogram users. Additionally, if you choose to upgrade to Cardiogram Premium, you can easily share your data with doctors or family and receive continuous monitoring for signs of undiagnosed diabetes, sleep apnea, hypertension, and atrial fibrillation.
The Falster 3 comes in four styles inclusive of a limited edition style designed in partnership with X by the KYGO brand. It is priced at ₹21,995 and will be available via all leading retail channels across India.
