Update: India Launch: Almost two weeks after the Global debut, Samsung launches Galaxy S20 FE in India. It is priced at ₹49,999 and available to preorder starting 9th October 2020 on Samsung.com and leading retail stores across India. On pre-booking, buyers can avail special benefits worth ₹8,000, including Samsung eStore benefits worth ₹4,000, Upgrade bonus of ₹3,000 or cashback up to ₹4,000 through HDFC Bank cards.
In India, the Galaxy S20 FE comes with 7nm Exynos 990 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB internal storage with five color options – Cloud Red, Cloud Lavender, Cloud Mint, Cloud Navy and Cloud White. Check out full specifications below.
Earlier: 24th September 2020 – Global Launch: Samsung launches Galaxy S20 FE, a newest member of the Galaxy S20 series at a global online launch event. Its premium flagship smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and also has the Infinity-O styled notch. Depending on the region, it is powered by either Snapdragon 665 or Exynos 990 processor and backed by the 4,500mAh battery that support 25W fast charging.
In the camera section, the Galaxy S20 FE features a triple camera array with 12MP primary lens, 12MP ultra wide lens and a 8MP telephoto lens placed vertically one after another. It has a 32MP camera on the front housed inside the tiny hole at the top center. Make a note that, the device supports 25W fast charging but, Samsung is shipping 15W power brick inside the box. Also, the device supports wireless charging.
