Samsung Galaxy M01 Core is an entry-level smartphone powered by Google’s latest Android 10 Go Editon. It comes with a 5.3-inch display and powered by MediaTek MT6739 quad-core processor with a 3,000mAh battery that provides usage of up to 11 hours. It comes in two variants – 1/16GB and 2/32GB. There is also a dedicated MicroSD slot that supports up to 512GB.
For photography, the Galaxy M01 Core has an 8MP camera on the rear and the 5MP camera on the front. The device also supports the Intelligent Photos feature that detects similar or duplicate photos and gives suggestions to keep the best photo while discarding other photos to free up the internal storage. To provide the best user experience, the Galaxy M01 Core runs on Google’s latest light-weight OS, Android 10 Go Edition.
It also features One UI based Dark Mode integration along with additional Make for India features such as Smart Paste and Suggest Notification. Smart Paste allows users to paste the relevant text like pasting the website URL on the web browser, mobile number on phone dialer, etc. wherein Suggest Notification warns you about low battery and allows to open running app or add other critical apps in Maximum Power Saving Mode for extended battery life.
The Samsung Galaxy M01 Core comes in three colors – Black, Blue & Red, and will go on sale via Samsung’s offline retail stores, Samsung Opera House, Samsung.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart.com and also thorough other leading online portals from 29th July 2020. The 1/16GB variant is priced at ₹5,499 and the 2/32GB variant at ₹6,499.
