After introducing the new Redmi Note 9 series in India with the launch Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max, Xiaomi launches the third Note 9-series smartphone dubbed as Redmi Note 9S at an online event held in Malaysia. Redmi Note 9S is the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 Pro Indian variant and comes with the exact same specifications including the Display, Cameras, and Processor. It sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display and fuelled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G CPU paired with a 5,020mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.
For photography, the Note 9S equipped with a Four-camera array on the rear side that includes a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. Over to front, the Redmi Note 9S comes with a 16MP selfie camera housed inside the circular display cutout at the top center. It is offered in two configurations – 4/64GB and 6/128GB.
