On 12th March 2020, Xiaomi had introduced, Redmi Note 9 Series in India with the launch of Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Now at a Global online launch event, Xiaomi introduces Redmi Note 9 Pro for the Global Markets. It is the same Redmi Note 9 Pro Max Indian variant with a slight change in the design and the front camera. The major difference is the 32MP front camera on the Indian Max variant is replaced by the 16MP snapper on the Global variant.
Additionally, the Tropical Green color variant of Redmi Note 9 Pro gets a Dual-tone finish and also a little change in the camera design. The Redmi Note 9 Pro global variant sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and protected by Gorilla Glass 5. It gets the power from Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G Chipset mated with a 5,020mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging. It is offered in two configurations – 6/64GB and 6/128GB.
Coming to the camera, the Redmi Note 9 Pro is backed by a Quad-camera setup on the rear side that includes a primary 64MP camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a dedicated 2MP depth sensor.
