Xiaomi announces much-awaited Redmi K30 Pro and K30 Pro Zoom in China. Both devices share the same set of specifications except for a small change in the rear camera sensor on the Zoom variant. The Redmi K30 Pro sports a Samsung-made 6.67-inch E3 Super AMOLED display with 60Hz refresh rate and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 865 Chipset with a 4,700mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Both K30 Pro and K30 Pro Zoom supports 5G networks in China.
In the camera part. the Redmi K30 Pro gets a four-camera setup placed in an X-shaped pattern on a circular module. The setup includes a Sony-made 64MP IMX686 primary camera, 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a dedicated 2MP depth sensor. Over to front, the K30 Pro comes with a 20MP Pop-up camera that pops out automatically when you open the camera app and closes once done. Regarding the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom variant, the only change is the rear camera. The 5MP macro lens is replaced by the 8MP telephoto lens that supports OIS and also 30X zoom.
