Xiaomi introduces the latest addition to its premium earbud lineup, the Redmi Buds 5 in India. A standout feature of these earbuds is the 46dB Hybrid Noise Cancellation, effectively eliminating 99.5% of background noise. Moreover, the earbuds boast dual-mic AI voice enhancement, enhancing the overall quality of calls, voice commands, and daily usage. Xiaomi claims that, with 12.4mm dynamic titanium drivers, the Redmi Buds 5 offers exceptional sound quality across all frequencies, offering a balanced and precise audio experience.
As per Xiaomi’s claim, the Redmi Buds 5 utilizes a proprietary dual-channel AI algorithm, ensuring unparalleled call quality, even in windy conditions. Furthermore, users can benefit from three transparency modes and select from diverse audio effects like Standard, Enhanced Treble, Enhanced Bass, and Enhanced Voice. The earbuds also support fast charging, providing up to 2 hours of playtime with just 5 minutes of charging and a total playtime of 38 hours with the case.
To facilitate convenient management, the Redmi Buds 5 also integrates with the Xiaomi Earbuds App. Through the app, users can control the ANC across three modes: Deep noise cancellation, Balanced noise cancellation, and Light noise cancellation, tailoring the overall experience to their preferences. Additionally, these earbuds support an in-ear detection feature, eight customizable gestures, dual-device pairing, and a user-friendly “find your earphones” function for added convenience.
Redmi Buds 5 will be available in 3 colors – Fusion Purple, Fusion Black, and Fusion White. It is priced at ₹2,999 and will be available to buy starting 20th February 2024 across Mi.com, Amazon India, Flipkart, Mi Homes, and Xiaomi retail partners across India. The Redmi Buds 5 will be available at ₹2,499 on the purchase of any Redmi Note 13 Smartphone Series or Xiaomi and Redmi Pad.
