Xiaomi’s sub-brand POCO today announces its first smartphone POCO F1 India. Its a mid-range smartphone sports a Full HD+ 6.18-inch Display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and comes with the Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform supported by the 4,000mAh battery that supports Quick charging 3.0.
The POCO F1 has a hard-coated polycarbonate unibody design and also includes a fingerprint scanner which is mounted just below the rear camera module. For photography, this device has dual camera setup on the rear side that includes a primary Sony-made 12MP sensor supported by the secondary Samsung-made 5MP sensor. The front camera has a hi-resolution 20MP sensor and supports various AI features such as AI Beautify, AI Screen detection etc. In the software part, POCO F1 runs on the all-new MIUI for POCO with a customized POCO launcher.

The POCO F1 is offered in three colors – Graphite Black, Steel Blue, & Rosso Red and exclusively available online via Flipkart and also through Mi.com starting 29th August 2018 at 12PM. The 6GB/64GB variant priced at ₹20,999, 6GB/128GB at ₹23,999, and the top-end 8GB/256GB variant priced at ₹28,999. There is a special edition called Armoured Edition that comes in Kevlar Black and priced at ₹29,999. The POCO F1 will be made in India and also supported by all the 1000 service centers of Xiaomi India. Launch offers included are up to ₹1000 instant discount on HDFC Bank credit/debit cards during the first sale and up to 6TB additional data for Jio users.
POCO Phone Cases
Every POCO F1 comes bundled with a free Super soft case inside the Box. The company has also announced two official cases – Ultra-slim case at ₹399 and Kevlar finished armor case at ₹799. Furthermore, for the first time ever in India POCO has also introduced official POCO Mobile Skins priced at ₹299.
