OnePlus 8T with 120Hz AMOLED Display, 65W Fast Charging, 48MP Quad Camera Launched at ₹42,999

OnePlus launches OnePlus 8T, the successor of last year’s OnePlus 8 at global online launch event. It sports a 6.55-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz and has a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865G mated with a 4,500mAh battery that supports Warp Charge 65.

According to OnePlus, the Warp Charge 65 charges the battery from 0 to 100% in just 39 minutes and 0 to 58% in 15 minutes. The latest charging tech uses twin-battery configuration and allows the OnePlus 8T to charge more than twice as fast as Warp Charge 30T. OnePlus is also bundling 65W power brick inside the box that features a dual-end USB-C port design and supports all previous OnePlus charging protocols. It also supports up to 45W USB Power Deliver charging and allows user to charge compatible devices such as laptops or tablets.

In the camera part, OnePlus 8T comes with a quad-camera setup with 48MP primary camera, 16MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 5MP macro and a 2MP mono camera. For selfies, the device gets a 16MP in-screen camera, the same as the one you find in the OnePlus 8. For security the device gets in-display fingerprint reader and also supports Face Unlock. Just like predecessor, the OnePlus 8T also doesn’t include 3.5mm audio jack and expandable storage.
