Nokia launches Nokia 8.5 5G, brands first 5G smartphone with ZEISS optics. The Nokia 8.3 5G supports both standalone and non-standalone 5G combinations and also the first phone to use the Qualcomm 5G RF Front end module solution that uses more than 40 different RF components into a single module. According to Nokia, the device supports most of the Global bands and also a future-proof smartphone. It sports a 6.81-inch PureDisplay and powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G CPU with a 4,500mAh battery.
For photography, the device gets a ZEISS-powered quad-camera setup that is mounted on the circular module with ZEISS branding at the center. There is also a Dual High CRI LED flash which is mounted on the left side of the camera module. The camera setup includes a primary 64MP primary camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, Nokia 8.3 5G has a 24MP camera housed inside a display cut out on the top left.

The Nokia 8.3 5G comes only in Polar Night color and available to buy in select countries starting in Summer 2020. The 4/64GB variant is priced at a global average retail price of 599 Euros (Approx ₹47,700) and the 6/64GB at 649 Euros (Approx ₹51,700).
