Motorola announces a new P Series smartphone line-up with the launch of Moto P30 in China. It sports a 6.2-inch FullView 19:9 display with a Notch and protected by the Double-sided 2.5D Gorilla Glass. Under the hood is Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor mated with a fast charge supported 3,000mAh battery. As per the company, 15 minutes of charge will give you about 8 hours of usage. The Moto P30 is offered in two storage options – 64GB and 128GB with 6GB RAM on both.
For photography, it has a dual camera setup that includes a 16MP primary and a 5MP secondary sensor with a LED flash. The front camera has a 12MP sensor with a f/2.0 lens and also supports 1080p video recording. Along with the AI-powered Face Unlock, there is also a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner which is embedded into the shiny Moto logo just like Moto E5 Plus.

The Moto P30 is offered in three different colors – Ice White, Bright Black, & Aurora Blue with two storage options to choose from – 64GB & 128GB. The 6GB/64GB variant is priced at CNY 1,999 (Approx. ₹20,400) and the 6GB/128GB variant costs CNY 2,099 (Approx. ₹21,500). Pre-orders have already begun and will go on sale in China starting 15th September 2018. As of now, both devices are only available in China and there is no official information about the Global roll out.
