Xiaomi introduces a new Horizon Edition TV series with the launch of Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition in India. The TV comes with a 40-inch full HD display with a 178-degree viewing angle and boasts a premium metal bezel-less design with a 93.7% screen-to-body ratio. The device is backed by 20W stereo speakers with DTS-HD and also includes a 3.5mm audio out, SPDIF, and three HDMI ports.
The Mi TV 4A 40 features Mi’s proprietary Vivid Picture Engine (VPE) technology for improved visuals and also VPE technology to provide accurate screen calibration, deeper contrasts, and pinpoint precision in color reproduction. One of the key highlights of the Mi TV 4A 40 is its software. The TV is powered with an enhanced version of PatchWall that allows users to navigate through more than 25 content partners such as Disney+ Hotstar, Prime Video, and many others.
PatchWall comes with a number of unique features such as Universal search, Kids mode, Live TV & Sports, User center Mi home, and more, Additionally, the TV runs on Android 9.0 with built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant. Furthermore, the TV supports the Mi Quick Wake feature that allows you to resume watching your favorite shows in just 5 seconds and the Mi Quick Mute feature that allows users to mute the TV by simply double-tapping the volume down key button.
Mi TV 4A 40 Horizon Edition is priced at ₹23,999 and will be available on mi.com, Mi Home, Flipkart, Mi Studio & Retail partner stores.
