Kodak Ektra smartphone was first launched in Europe last year and now the company has officially launched it in India. It is a photography-led smartphone comes with a 21MP f/2.0 fast focus camera with Dual LED flash and supports PDAF & OIS. The camera app is controlled by an intuitive haptic touch, SLR-style scene selection dial where adjustments are made in real time via a range of settings including HDR, Landscape, Portrait, Bokeh, Macro etc. Smart auto mode adjusts the settings automatically based on the conditions and the Manual mode lets users adjust the exposure, ISO, focus, shutter speed etc. At the front, it has a 13MP f/2.2 camera with PDAF support. It supports Single Nano SIM and runs of Android Marshmallow.
This smartphone features a 5″ Full HD display and powered by the MediaTek Helio X20 Deca-core processor with 3GB of RAM. It packs a 3000mAh battery and also comes with a 5V/2A charger and Pump Express for fast charging. It includes an editing software called Snapseed developed by Google to edit the images on the go without having to download any additional apps. Apart from the Snapseed app, it also comes with integrated social media app for social sharing and Prints app to select the best shots for printing.
