Reliance Jio and Google today officially announced that the much-awaited made-for-India smartphone JioPhone Next will be available across India from Diwali. The phone is priced at ₹6,499 as a one-time purchase. Jio is also offering the JioPhone Next an entry price of ₹1,999 and the rest paid via easy EMI over 18 or 24 months.
JioPhone comes with a 5.45-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 720 x 1440 Pixels and powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 quad-core processor with 2GB RAM. It offers 32GB internal storage and supports MicroSD up to 512GB. The device is backed by a 3500mAh battery and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
In the camera part, the JioPhone Next comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and 8MP front camera. Both front and rear cameras support Auto focus and 1080p recording at 30fps. Other key features are Dual SIM, AGPS, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm Audio Jack and a Micro USB Port.

How to Buy JioPhone Next, EMI Scheme
JioPhone Next is offered in two colors – Black and Blue and will be available across the country at Reliance Retail’s extensive network of JioMart Digital retail locations with paperless digital financing options. There are two payment options – One-time purchase or Flexible EMI.
If you are looking for a one-time purchase, pay ₹6,499 and get the device. If you are looking for an EMI option, then, you’ll have to pay ₹1,999 as an initial payment and the rest of the amount in EMIs. There are 4 plans to choose from – Always-on, Large, XL and XXL.
