iQOO expands its Z-series portfolio with the launch of iQOO Z5 5G in India. It sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ LCD display and supports a screen refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778 5G chipset paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and Up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 Storage. There are two variants to choose from – 8/128GB and 12/256GB.
Supported by 44W FlashCharge technology, the iQOO Z5 comes with a 5000mAh battery that goes from 0 to 50% in just 23 minutes. It features Extended RAM 2.0 which can extend a part of the memory to be used as extra RAM. This feature effectively allows 8GB RAM to be extended to 12GB for improved overall performance. The iQOO Z5 is also backed by a Liquid Cooling System with a total heat dissipation area of 28837mm2 which can efficiently reduce the surface temperature of the phone during heavy-duty gaming for a lag-free gaming experience.
In the camera part, the device gets a triple camera setup on the rear that includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle, and a 2MP Macro camera. On the front, you’ll get a 16MP camera which is housed inside an O-shaped display cutout. Other key features are a Side fingerprint reader, Z-axis Linear Motor perpendicular 4D Game Vibration, Dual speakers, Ultra Game Mode 2.0, 3D curved design with frosted texture on the back, and Dual View Video.
OO Z5 5G is available in two colors – Mystic Space and Arctic Dawn and priced at ₹23,990 for 8/128GB and ₹26,990 for 12/256GB variant. It will be available to purchase on Amazon.in and iQOO e-store starting 6th October 2021. iQOO Z5 has been manufactured at Vivo’s Greater Noida facility.
