Infinix launches its first smartphone with an in-screen camera dubbed as Infinix S5 in India. It sports a massive 6.6-inch HD+ IPS LCD Super Cinema display with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and backed by the MediaTek’s Helio P22 64-bit Octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. There is an embedded 4,000mAh battery which is capable of providing upto 18.82 hours of 4G Talk-time and upto 31-days Standby time. It runs on the Android 9 Pie with XOS 5.5 with various customization for improved user experience.
One of the key highlights of the Infinix S5 is the Punch hole design wherein the front camera is placed inside the display cutout on the top left for a more screen real estate. It has a 32MP f/2.0 in-display selfie camera with Big Pixel technology and also supports AI 3D face beauty & custom beauty mode. On the rear side, the Infinix S5 has a quad-camera setup that includes a 16MP f/1.8 camera, 5MP Wide-angle camera, a 2MP Depth camera and also a dedicated Low Light camera stacked vertically with a Quad-LED Flash.
