Honor Extends Warranty Period of its Products till 30th June

Huawei’s e-brand Honor has announced that it is extending the warranty period of all of its Smartphones, Wearables, Headsets, and Accessories till 30th June 2020 whose warranties expire between 21st March and 21st June 2020. Honor has taken this initiative to ensure seamless service to its users, and to support the consumers while meeting their requirements during this time of uncertainty caused by the global coronavirus outbreak.

Consumers can avail of further information on the warranty period of their devices by visiting the brand’s official website. or using the “Benefits” section under Quick services in Support App. Make a note that, there are no changes in the existing terms and conditions pertaining to a standard warranty and will remain the same.

Furthermore, in order to comply with the recent directive(s) and instruction(s) from the local government authorities concerning the coronavirus outbreak, Honor has also closed its service centers across the country till further notice. During the service center closure, HONOR will continue to operate the online call center to provide technical assistance. The brand has also informed that the call waiting period may take a little longer due to the very limited manpower and resources.
