Google Home Mini is a miniature version of Google’s smart home speaker Google Home, which was introduced last year. It is powered by the Google Assistant and acts as your personal assistant. Similar to Google Home, it also starts listening to you with ‘OK Google’ command. You can use this device to get information about weather, sports or setting Alarm etc. Google Home Mini will also let you play music from YouTube Music with voice and even allow you to stream movies, TV shows onto your TV when paired with the Chromecast device. There are four LED lights placed at the top of the device let you know that you are interacting with the device. The top surface is touch-enabled and can be used to Play/Pause the music, Adjust the volume etc.

Google Home Mini comes in three colors – Chalk, Coral & Charcoal. It is priced at $49 and will be available to pre-order through starting today and shipping begins October 19. You can pre-order online today at the Google Store, Best Buy, Walmart, Target, Verizon and more. Mini will also be available in the U.K., Canada, Germany, France, Australia. It is also coming to Japan soon.
