Dish TV India Limited has launched a new video streaming device called d2h Magic in India allowing customers to access digital video streaming and OTT apps on their existing d2h set-top box. Using the d2h Magic stick, consumers can watch TV shows, original web-series and video content across popular digital platforms and OTT streaming apps such as ZEE5, Watcho, ALTBalaji and Hungama Play in English, Hindi and Regional languages.
The d2h Magic stick will be available at an introductory price of ₹399 across all major cities. Buyer will get first three months of service for free and will be charged ₹25 plus taxes per month post free preview period. The d2h magic stick comes with 6 months warranty and Dish TV has also confirmed that the device will be replaced in case of any failure. According to Dish TV, users will be able to watch cooking recipes from famous chefs, make-up and styling tutorials, Yoga & fitness videos, etc. and also for Kids there will be a dedicated selection of rhymes, learning and educational videos, arts and craft videos and much more.
For the best experience, Dish TV recommends a minimum connection speed of 4 Mbps or above. The device will be available with a single remote control for everything and unified interface. - Plug the d2h Magic stick to the USB port of the Set-top Box
- Connect stick to your Wi-Fi or Mobile Hotspot
- Select App Zone from the on-screen menu
