Google launches its next gen. Chromecast dubbed as Chromecast with GoogleTV along with Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G. The new Chromecast has a compact & thin design and supports up to 4K HDR at up to 60 frames per second. It also supports Dolby Vision and HDMI pass-through of Dolby audio content.
For the first time Google is also bundling a remote controller with the Chromecast. It has a dedicated Google Assistant button and also dedicated buttons for YouTube and Netflix for one-click access. Google has even introduced a new feature called Watchlist lets you bookmark movies and shows you want to save for later and the same list can be accessed from your phone or laptop.

It will be available to pre-order today in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Spain & the U.K. and available to purchase on 15th October 2020. Buyers can also avail 6 months of Netflix for $89.99.
