Indian smartphone manufacturer Centric announces it’s first smartphone with Popup Selfie camera named Centric S1 at MWC 2019. It has a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 92% screen-to-body ratio and powered by the MediaTek Helio P70 Octa-Core Processor with a 3,800mAh battery. It supports 10W Wireless Charging and also Fast Charging with Pump Express 3.0 that charges the phone up to 50 percent in 20 minutes.
It is equipped with an 8MP pop-up selfie camera just like the one you find in the Vivo V15 Pro. When you open the app the front camera pops out automatically. On the rear, it has a 16MP+5MP dual rear camera setup positioned along with a LED flash. For security, it houses an in-display fingerprint reader and also supports Face Unlock. It is available in two configurations – 4GB RAM with 64GB Storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB Storage.
The Centric S1 comes in two colors – Black & Bordeaux Red will be available to buy in India in June 2019. The 4GB/64GB variant priced at $310 (Approx. ₹22,000). Centric has not announced the pricing of the 6GB variant.
