Asus launches ROG Phone 3, the successor of last year’s ROG Phone 2 at the global online event. It comes with a 144Hz AMOLED 6.59-inch display with a 25-millisecond touch latency and also supports HDR10+. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 Plus 5G Mobile Platform mated with a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 30W ROG HyperCharge. Asus is also bundling a 30W charger inside the box.
In the camera part, the ROG Phone 3 comes with a triple camera setup on the rear that includes a primary 64MP f/1.8 Sony IMX686 camera, 13MP ultra wide-angle camera, and 5MP Macro camera. The rear camera also supports Pro Video mode with 8K and 4K HDR 60fps recording, HyperSteady video-recording stabilization. On the front, the device has a 24MP f/2.0 camera for high-quality selfies and live streaming.

ROG Armoury Crate
Asus has also introduced ROG Connect, a new online social community built into the Armoury Crate app. This app allows ROG Phone 3 owners to join and play with friends or squads or upload their gameplay footage and screenshots. The addition of two new features, the Marked Clip, and the Floating app window allows you to quickly capture moments in your favorite games, and multitask in any other app while gaming.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 comes only in Black color and the sale starts on 6th August 2020 at 12 a.m. on Flipkart. The 8/128GB variant is priced at ₹49,999 and the 12/256GB at ₹57,999.
