Acer announced the launch of its new thin and light laptop called Acer Swift X in India. It’s the newest member of its premium Swift line of laptops and also the first of its series to be powered by RTX 30 series discrete graphics. The laptop is powered by the AMD Ryzen 5000 Series Mobile Processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card. It includes a 59Wh battery that supports fast charging and is capable of providing up to 15 hours.
The Swift X features a 14-inch full HD IPS display with an 85.73% screen-to-body ratio, 300 nits brightness, and 100% sRGB. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM, and up to 2TB of SSD storage. The laptop includes a fingerprint sensor for secured sign-in through Windows Hello and supports AI-enhanced noise suppression for smoother video calls, and Acer BlueLightShield technology to help lessen eye strain. It even supports USB-C charging and Wi-Fi 6 for faster connectivity.
To keep the system cool, the Acer Swift X comes with a fan of 59 blades, 0.3mm, and dual D6 copper heat pipes to maximize cooling efficiency. The stereo ring with an inclined plane on the fan top brings in more volume of air combined with a wider air vent delivers up to 10% improvement in airflow. Also, the Air inlet keyboard design upgrades its thermal performance and expels up to 10% more heat compared to the keyboard without an air inlet.
The Acer Swift X price starts at ₹84,999 and will be available on, Acer Online Store, Flipkart, Acer Exclusive stores, Vijay Sales, and other authorized retail stores across India starting 7th September 2021.
