In collaboration with Cashify, Xiaomi has launched a new smartphone exchange program called Mi Exchange in India. Under this program, any smartphone owner can exchange the old smartphone for a new Xiaomi smartphone in any nearest Mi Home. Depending on your phone’s condition, Cashify representative will inspect the device and quote a suitable price. You can use the same amount to get a discount for a new Xiaomi smartphone.
Apart from the in-store exchange, the customer can also avail pickup service of the old phone. Under this service, the customer has to buy a new smartphone by paying the complete amount. After discussing the time and date with the customer, Cashify will schedule a pickup and send an executive to collect the device as per the decided time and pays the customer. Mi Exchange Program Terms and Conditions
- Mi exchange program available at all Mi homes – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Chennai
- The customer can only exchange any one device with an available Xiaomi phone at Mi home
- The valuation of the phone is totally based on the condition of the old phone and there is no negotiation on the proposed exchange price by the representative
- The customer gets an e-receipt through Cashify for his old phone
- Once the exchange is made, the customer would not be entertained to do any further changes
