Back in June, Yu had introduced Yereka Black with powerful specs and also with a competitive price tag. Today, the company has launched an entry-level smartphone Yu Yunique 2 in India. It boasts a 5″ HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top and powered by the MediaTek Quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. It’s a Dual SIM 4G device runs on Android Nougat and also support VoLTE. The Internal memory offered is 16GB and that can be further expanded up to 64GB using a dedicated microSD slot.
Camera department includes a 13MP Autofocus camera at the rear side with LED flash and 5MP front camera with beautification & wide selfie support. The 2500mAh battery is removable and can offer up to 22 hours of Music playback when fully charged. Key connectivity features included are WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM Radio with recording and also USB OTG.
Yu Yunique 2 is sold in two colors – Coal Black & Champagne Gold and exclusively available via Flipkart at ₹ 5,999 starting 27th July 2017, at 12 PM. Although it lacks a fingerprint scanner offers decent specs at a competitive price tag. Other alternatives for Yunique 2 are Redmi 4, Redmi 4A, Intex Aqua Lions 3, Micromax Canvas 1, Infocus Turbo etc.
