Vivo Y91 was first introduced in India on 14th Jan 2019 with 2GB RAM on board. Now, the company launches 3GB variant of Vivo Y91 in India at ₹9,990. The Vivo Y91 3GB RAM variant comes with 32GB of storage and available in two color options – Starry Black and Nebula Purple. It will be available across leading online platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm, etc. and also through all offline partner outlets and vivo India E-Store starting 20th May 2019. Earlier: 14th Jan 2019 – Vivo announces Vivo Y91, a mid-range smartphone with Halo FullView display. The specifications of Vivo Y91 is almost the same as Vivo Y93 except for RAM and Storage. Rest all specifications including Display size, Processor, Camera modules are identical on both devices. The Vivo Y91 comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage wherein the Vivo Y93 has 3GB or 4GB RAM and 32GB storage.
To recall, the Vivo Y91 sports a 6.22-inch HD+ FullView display and powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SOC with a 4,030mAh battery. In the camera department, it has 13MP+2MP AI dual camera setup on the rear, an 8MP camera on the front and also supports various camera modes such as HDR, Face Beauty, Slow-motion, Time-lapse, Live photos, Portrait mode etc. It supports Face Unlock and also equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the rear-side. Other key highlights of Vivo Y91 are Dual 4G, VoLTE, Smart Split 3.0 and Jovi Smart Scene.
The Vivo Y91 will be sold in Starry Black & Ocean Blue colors and available to buy through Vivo offline retail stores across India at ₹10,990. You can also buy this from Vivo India store, Amazon.in and Flipkart. Vivo has also confirmed that the Vivo Y91 will be manufactured at the company’s Greater Noida facility.
