Just after announcing the flagship Nex smartphone, Vivo announces Vivo Y81 in India. Its a budget smartphone comes with a 6.22-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and also has a display notch. The notch houses the front camera, Earpiece, and a couple of sensors. The Vivo Y81 gets the power from MediaTek’s Octa-core Helio P22 CPU with a non-removable 3,260mAh battery. It has 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage and also a dedicated MicroSD slot to expand the device storage up to 256GB. For security, this device equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the rear side and also supports AI Face Unlock.
In the camera department, the rear camera has a 13MP f/2.2 sensor with LED flash and the front camera has a 5MP sensor. Vivo Y81 supports various camera features such as Palm capture, Voice control, PDAF etc. and many camera modes that include AI Face beauty, Portrait bokeh, Slow-motion, HDR, Pro etc. Other key highlights of this device are Smart-split, Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4GHz WiFi, GPS, FM Radio, and USB OTG.
