Just after launching the flagship Vivo V9, Vivo has launched a mid-range Vivo Y71 in India. It sports a 5.99-inch display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and powered by the quad-core Snapdragon processor with 3GB of RAM. It’s a Dual SIM 4G device offers an internal storage of 16GB and that can be further expanded up to 128GB using a dedicated microSD slot. The Vivo Y71 lacks a fingerprint scanner, but it supports enhanced Face Unlock feature lets you unlock your smartphone using your face.
It has a 13MP rear camera that supports PDAF for the faster object focusing and a 5MP front camera with A.I. Beauty. The A.I. technology identifies your Age, Gender, Texture etc and applies the pre-defined beauty filters for natural looking pictures. It has a unibody design and boots on Android Oreo out of the box with Vivo’s ColorOS on top. Other key specifications are Bluetooth, WiFi n, GPS, FM Radio, VoLTE support and USB OTG.
Vivo Y71 is offered in two hues – Black & Gold and available to buy Online as well as offline retail stores across India at ₹10,990. You’ll also get a free protective case inside the box.
Update: Vivo launches 4GB RAM /32GB Storage variant of Y71 in India. Apart from the RAM and storage, all other technical specifications remain same. It will be available in Black color and you can buy this through Online as well offline retail stores across India at ₹12,900.
