Popular German audio equipment maker, Sennheiser has a launched a Smart 3D audio recording headset AMBEO in India. As per the company, this headset is specially designed to new-age vloggers and other content creators. AMBEO’s earpieces are fitted with omnidirectional microphones on the outside of each earpiece that captures the audio and the recorded audio can be enjoyed with any headphones on any stereo-capable device. These integrate seamlessly with Apple iOS devices such as iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using the lightning connector and allows you to record 3D sound using the standard Apple Camera App. This smart headset also includes a microphone in the earphone cable and allows you to answer calls and activate Siri on your iOS device using “Hey Sir” command.

The Sennheiser AMBEO Smart Headset is sold in Black and White color options and available to buy through Sennheiser E-Store and also through offline partner stores across the country at ₹19,990. Sennheiser is also working on a version for Android which will be available at a later date. AMBEO Headset is designed with a Lightning connector and compatible with Apple devices with iOS 10.3.3 or later. It will not work with Mac or Windows computer.
